Took my car in that I had just recently bought for transmission issues. They went through it over 2 days with a microscope. Kept me updated through the whole process. Informed me the transmission was shot and would need a new one. Place I bought it from agreed to replace it but had to have their people do it. Called Brad at Glenway and told him the situation and asked him if he could get everything out of my car before they came to get it. He did that for me and when I went to pick up my stuff and pay my bill, they said I had bigger issues than paying them for them doing diagnostics on it and said no charge!!! I?m not from Cincinnati originally and they came highly recommended for their work, prices and professionalism but just WOW they went above and beyond. Hopefully won?t need them to often but if I have any issues, they will be where I go. Thanks again everyone at Glenway, I?m telling everyone I can about you

This is by far the best place I have had my vehicle worked on. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in for service that I thought it needed and after the technician spent some time with me explaining what he saw and his recommendations it actually saved me a lot of money. Glenway recently re-ounted my dangling Rear-View Mirror back in place on the windshield and replaced the front two (original) shocks. They also noticed that one of the rear wheel motion sensors was malfunctioning and replaced it. They thoroughly checked all the fluids and replaced the two windshield wipers that were getting ragged. Grateful to Glenway Auto Center for helping my family in a difficult situation. My daughter was traveling across country moving from the East coast out West when her engine died 45 miles outside of Cincinnati. About a month ago, something punctured my tire and I had a slow leak. After dealing with it for a long weekend, I could tell it was losing air faster and I needed it fixed sooner rather than later. I called a few other tire places who said they were too busy to help me after work. Had an oil change which took less than a half hour. Earlier this year had to have Auto Body work done due to a car accident. I took my 98 Honda Accord to Glenway Auto Center for a front end alignment. After they inspected it they said it didn't need the front end aligned but the rear was out of alignment. I asked them to go ahead and do the alignment. They came back 20 minutes later and said the bolts were frozen and they were unable to do the alignment and they didn't charge me anything. Their honesty has earned my trust.
