While visiting family in Cincinnati, I had some issues with my brakes so I contacted glenway Auto center based on reviews I read. Phil, who is the service manager, and their team of technicians were very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable! They did a complete inspection and road test of my vehicle, including pictures, and let me know what was needed to fix the problem, as well as potential future problems, without pressuring me to have extra work done, which I really appreciated! I ended up needing to have my front rotors resurfaced, an alignment, and my engine air filter replaced and they got it all done while I waited in a very reasonable amount of time. The quote matched the final price and I would definitely do business there again! I recommended them to my family as well!!!

A+++ Another great experience at Glenway Auto. I was stuck in a pinch where I needed my vehicle repaired asap and originally took to Tire Discounters where they racked up over 3 grand in estimates. Called this shop and they fixed it same day for 30 bucks. Yes 30 bucks from 3 grand. It pays to leave it to the pros where you get honest work done and you get back on the road asap. Thanks guys.

Excellent service yet again. Had an A/C compressor fail only 2.5 years after installation. While technically out of warranty, they were able to replace it under warranty anyway!

Great service always! The whole staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They always keep you apprised of repairs which may need attention down the road, but never try to push unnecessary work/repairs on you. I have been driving over 55 yrs.and have never had more confidence in the people as who have serviced my cars than the people at Glenway Automotive. Handled both of autos in the same day! As always , they went above and beyond.
